An advanced degree may substitute for professional experience8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a senior or leadership rolePreferred QualificationsProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or TypeScriptExpertise in software architecture, design patterns, and microservicesExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and CI/CD pipelinesStrong knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), APIs, and system integrationsFamiliarity with Kubernetes and DockerProven ability to mentor and lead development teams effectivelyExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skillsExperience with Agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with workflow and automation products Physical Requirements and Working ConditionsExpect up to 15% travelRemote work enabled by reliable internet access, giving you flexibility in where you work—be it a home office or your favorite caféHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $177,000.00 - $284,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
