Bulgaria End User Sales LeadDescription -Job scope/summary:Coordinates End User Sales Team in BulgariaCreates forecast for existing and new clients in the portfolioMaintaining and cultivating the relationship with the client by organizing meetings and phone contact with themMonitoring the process of the orders from end-to-end perspectiveSupporting and developing projects to change and upgrade desktop/notebook platforms for each direct and indirect clientGuiding clients in order to purchase margin-creating products (accessories, graphics stations, printers, etc.)Job specifics/responsibilities:Managing and developing the relationship with HP customers and partnersAchieving the established sales objectives and targetsIdentifying and planning business opportunitiesEscalating particular or sensitive situations in order to solve them effectivelyKey deliverables/accountabilities:Delivery of End User Sales business opportunities on time, on budget, meeting specific opportunity objectives and deliverables.Education (degree) and professional experience required:Typically 5+ years’ experience in the industry, Channel environment, Consumer and / or Commercial.Experience in direct sales and/or partner account management will be valuableDegree level in engineering, IT and / or in businessOther requirements:Fluent EnglishOther languages knowledge would be an assetBusiness acumenAble to understand local market and global business processes and identify impact of changeAble to apply tools and technology to produce resultsDriver's license - active driverPersonal skills and qualities:Strong communication and influencing skillsPositive can-do attitude; Customer centric approachOut of the box thinking – able to find solutionsExcellent teamwork skills Good presentation skills, at ease with presenting project status to customers / business partners / higher management.Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):MS Office, DynamicsReporting tool /Data managementAnalytics skillsProject managementThis is to inform you that HP Inc.
