Your expertise will help us compete on a global scale and successfully implement payroll processes that align with regulations.We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who is highly motivated individual and can function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment to be part of our APAC Payroll Team.What you’ll be doing:Coordination with global and international Payroll and HR teams for taxation and payroll processingMonth end closing for payroll related accountsMonthly payroll processing, including monthly payroll report, payroll disbursement and payroll tax filingAnnual filing including annual return, withholding tax and shared-based compensationAssisting statutory audit, internal audit, and tax complianceCollecting and reconciling data for project requirementsAd-hoc assignmentsWhat we need to see:A bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting related fields.5+ years of total working experience, including 3+ years specializing in payroll.Shown experience in industry accounting and payroll functions across APAC locationsStrong collaboration skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient speaking and writing ability in English and MandarinFamiliar with Office and Outlook softwareExceptional attention to deal with a high standard for accuracy in numbersThe ability to work independently and proactively stay updated on new payroll regulation and rulingsWays to stand out from the crowd:Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPA firmsStrong ability to drive continuous improvement of processes.Confident, self-motivated, and energetic individual with the highest degree of ethics.Used to working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment with multiple priorities.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
