The company’s pioneering work in accelerated computing and AI is reshaping trillion-dollar industries, such as transportation, healthcare and manufacturing, and fueling the growth of many others.NVIDIA is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join a dynamic and growing company and Legal team.What you’ll be doing:Provide advice and counsel on general corporate legal matters, including public company reporting and disclosure, securities and corporate governance matters, international subsidiary compliance, formation and reorganization, employment law, compensation and benefits, and other general legal advice to the businessAssist in corporate transactions, such as investments, acquisitions, financing and other strategic transactions, including conducting due diligence and drafting agreementsAssist with worldwide subsidiary managementContribute to updating policies and developing proceduresReport to the Senior Director, Corporate AffairsWhat we need to see:Current member of the California State Bar in good standingLaw degree with excellent academic credentials4-6 years of experience working in an internationally/nationally-recognized law firm representing public companies or in-house legal department at a public company (a mix of both would be ideal)Experience with U.S. securities laws, compliance and disclosure obligations, executive compensation and corporate governance rulesExperience in M&A and corporate financeFamiliarity with establishing and maintaining entitiesExcellent communicator, with experience interacting with senior management and ability to work well with and relate to company personnel at all levelsExcellent legal and business judgment and attention to detailAbility to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle complexity and demands with a sense of urgency, drive and passionCuriosity and willingness to seek matters outside of area of expertiseWays to stand out from the crowd: International experienceOutgoing, optimistic, self-starter, positive and flexibleThe base salary range is 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
