Join us on your quest for an outstanding career with an extraordinary team!What you'll be doing:Achieve robust and efficient manufacturing of assembly and test JIGs designs at subcontractors from NPI to mass production.Ensure subcontractors are ready for the first build with established manufacturing lines and tooling.Verify that subcontractors' mechanical designs meet NVIDIA specifications.Manage Design for Manufacturing (DFM) processes from early design until closure.Review samples and prototypes to ensure they meet specifications.Ensure manufacturing line readiness, including tooling, processes, fixtures, testing equipment, and automation.Define maintenance guidelines and implement quality control for assembly and test JIGs.Collaborate with subcontractors on a technology roadmap to meet NVIDIA requirements.Manage engineering changes efficiently and address production issues promptly.Drive subcontractors to achieve full independence and responsibility.What we need to see:B.Cs in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of relevant experienceProficient in SolidWorks, with the ability to review mechanical drawingsExperience working with mechanical suppliers and understanding their processesSelf-directed learner, capable of mastering complex products and technologiesStrong project management skills, able to lead tasks from initiation to completionThrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience in product,› assembly and test JIG designFamiliar with all aspects of the NPI processSelf-starter and self-motivated, great teammate, strong can-do mentality, ability to learn quickly and operate outside of comfort-zone, visualize, clarify product system assembly needs through design for manufacturing optimizationNVIDIA is committed to encouraging a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
