This role offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of a dynamic group that is instrumental in crafting the future of AI and computing. Your expertise will be utilized by our global travel team and supporting global corporate travel operations by monitoring our key suppliers, recommending cost efficient programs and ensuring compliance with our travel policies. The role requires an understanding of travel industry trends, pricing structures, and supplier relationships.What you will doing:Monitor status of the Travel Agency relationships, including tracking key measures, customer experience and complianceReview and monitor other travel supplier relationships (Airline, Hotel, Car Rental, etc.) to secure favorable rates and contractsWork with key employees to meet departmental needs, ensure compliance, and improve their travel experienceEnsure adherence to corporate travel policies and industry regulationsFind opportunities to enhance travel booking systems and streamline workflowsAddress travel disruptions, security concerns and emergency response planningStay updated on travel trends, regulations, and industry best practices.What we need to see: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years work experience; 3+ years of experience in travel analysis or corporate travelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of travel booking systems and expense platformsUnderstanding of travel industry trends and pricing modelsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and high level of accuracyExperience working with cross-functional teamsAbility to work onsite in Santa Clara, CAWays to stand out from the crowd:Background in high tech corporate environments with $100M+ in annual travel and expense spendExperience with Concur travel approvalNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
