This role offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of a dynamic group that is instrumental in crafting the future of AI and computing. Your expertise will be part of our global travel team responsible for managing our corporate travel and expense card program, ensuring compliance, efficiency and security.What you will doing:Oversee corporate travel and expense credit card programs, including issuance, activation, and usageTrack and analyze credit card transactions to detect fraud, errors, or policy violationsEnsuring employees submit accurate expense reports and reconciling transactionsWork with our financial partners to manage card-related services and agreementsEnsure adherence to financial regulations and company policiesAssist with billing, payments, and resolving discrepancies in credit card statementsHelp employees regarding card-related inquiries, disputes, and troubleshootingIdentify opportunities to enhance efficiency in credit card management systemsWhat we need to see: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Travel Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in corporate card program administration, expense management, or financial operationsFamiliarity with corporate card programs, including travel cards, purchasing cards (P-cards), and virtual cardsUnderstanding of corporate spending policies, financial regulations, and risk managementAbility to audit transactions, identify policy violations, and resolve disputesStrong interpersonal skills to educate employees on card usage and assist with inquiriesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work onsite in Santa Clara, CAWays to stand out from the crowd:Background in high tech corporate environments with $100M+ in annual travel and expense spendExperience with Concur expenseNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
