DFT Engineer

We are now looking for a DFT Engineer in our Taiwan, Taipei/Hsinchu Office!What you’ll be doing:Verify and implement testing logic of VLSIGenerating test patterns and chip bringupDevelop testing methodology for VLSIDevelop design flow for testingWhat we need to see:Master degree of Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science2+ years of  DFT or design experiencesGood understanding of Design for Testing including Scan/ATPG/BIST/JTAGFamiliar with Verilog and design tracing.Experiences with RTL/Gate-level simulation and debugging.Understanding of Timing is plusHands-on experience of In-System Measurement (ISM) circuit is a plusSkills of Python/Perl/Tck/C/C++ is a plusWays to stand out from the crowd:Fluent English communication is required.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
