Design test cases based on AI model characteristics, utilizing both manual and automated testing tools to validate models and systems. Identify, document, and track defects in AI models and systems; collaborate with development teams to pinpoint root causes and drive resolution. Perform regression testing after each iteration to ensure that new features and fixes do not affect overall system stability. Assist in verifying the accuracy and completeness of training data and output results to ensure data quality meets expectations. Prepare detailed test documentation and reports, contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools. Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AI testing methodologies and tools.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Experience in software testing, with a preference for candidates who have tested AI or machine learning applications. Familiarity with mainstream AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and related automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective testing strategies for complex scenarios. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to ensure testing quality in fast-paced, iterative environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong team collaboration abilities.
