This includes replying to our fans, content moderation, and enforcing of community house rules.- Stay ahead of internet trends, think creatively, and produce engaging content that resonates with users, effectively leveraging Xiaohongshu platform dynamics.- Coordinate with internal marketing/product teams to develop and execute a social media and community strategy, which include content/campaign planning and creation.- Manage an up-to-date calendar of social content with regular stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery- Track and analyze platform-specific metrics to refine marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.- Identify and collaborate with key influencers and partners to amplify reach and engagement. Qualifications- Bachelor degree relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR, or equivalent practical experience- 2 years of experience with a direct-to-consumer brand, preferably on Xiaohongshu, BiliBili or other e-commerce environments.- Have a good eye for creative content, and the ability to spot emerging social trends and identify gaming/pop-cultural references.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results.Pre-Requisites/ 任职要求 :Are you game?
