Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :We are looking for an experienced Senior Database Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of database technologies and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient, scalable, and secure database systems.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support our data management needs and ensure the reliability and performance of our database infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain MariaDB or MySQL databases.Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution.Implement security measures to ensure data integrity and access control.Develop automation tools for database backup, replication, and recovery.Collaborate with developers and system administrators on database solutions.Lead database migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.Ensure high availability and scalability of database infrastructure.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsExpert-level knowledge of MariaDB or MySQL database administration.Strong proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.Experience with database replication, clustering, and high availability strategies.Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (AWS RDS, Azure Database, etc.).Knowledge of database security best practices and data encryption methods.Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve database performance issues.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Pre-Requisites :Are you game?
