Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to fosterpositive relationships will be essential in driving our PRinitiatives forward.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMedia/KOL Management:Conduct thorough research and analysis of external peripherals used in gaming, including keyboards, mice, headsets, and other gaming accessories.Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and KOLs within the gaming and eSports industry.Strategize and execute product seeding initiatives to increase brand visibility and product awareness within the eSports community.Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive product seeding campaigns aligned with business objectives.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product seeding efforts, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to external peripherals and eSports.Serve as a product expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with gaming organizations, teams, and events to enhance product exposure.Social Media Management:Format and optimize content for WeChat platform, ensuring it is visually appealing, engaging, and in line with brand guidelines.Create and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and reach of content on WeChat.Stay updated on the latest trends and features of WeChat to maximize its potential for content distribution.Collaborate with content creators and marketing team to develop creative and effective campaigns for WeChat.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve content performance on WeChat.Serve as a subject matter expert on eSports, providing insights and recommendations for integrating eSports content into Social media initiatives. Research and identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations within the eSports community to drive engagement on social platform. Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the eSports industry to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in product seeding, preferably within the gaming or eSports industry.Proven track record of successfully executing PR and social media campaigns.Extensive knowledge of external peripherals used in gaming, including keyboards, mice, headsets, and other gaming accessories.Established network of contacts within gaming media outlets, influencers, and KOLs.Strong understanding of the eSports landscape, including popular games, teams, events, and trends.Proven experience in WeChat/Weibo formatting and optimization, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.In-depth knowledge of WeChat/Weibo features, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative product seeding strategies.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.Pre-Requisites/ 任职要求 :Are you game?
