This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to address customer needs and resolve issues. The Specialist will also assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and merchant re-training arrangements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a key point of contact for inter-departmental coordination, addressing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently. Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support business initiatives. Assist in coordinating with external stakeholders, including merchants and partners, to ensure smooth execution of business activities. 2. Marketing Campaign SupportAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Business Development team. Coordinate with merchants and internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are met. Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to the Assistant Manager. 3. Operational SupportProvide day-to-day operational support to the Business Development team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks. Support HOD in managing team workflows and priorities. 4. Reporting and AnalysisAssist in preparing regular reports on business support activities and campaign outcomes. Provide actionable insights to HOD and Business Development team. Prepare and review formal documents, reports, and presentations for the Business Development team. Maintain an organized repository of documents for easy access and reference. 5. Preparation for AI AdoptionDocument processes for AI Integration.Identify automatable tasks for AI automation.Additional Job DescriptionPre-Requisites :Key Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
