This role blends retail service, community engagement, and event planning, working closely with the marketing team to drive in-store traffic and brand loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Community Engagement & Event PlanningAct as a representative of the local gaming community and build strong relationships with gamers.Plan and execute in-store community events to increase brand engagement and foot traffic.Collaborate with RazerStore marketing and community leads to localize campaigns and promotional activities.Social Media ManagementImplement social media strategies to grow the store’s online presence and engagement.Respond to comments and messages to maintain a positive brand image.Encourage and share user-generated content (UGC) that highlights in-store experiences and product features.Retail & Customer ServiceAssist customers in understanding products, offering recommendations, and completing purchases.Maintain store cleanliness and product displays to ensure a premium shopping experience.Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.Requirements:Experience in community management and event planning.Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture and industry.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere).Experience with platforms like Twitch, Discord, or Reddit.Prior experience in retail or in-store sales is a plus.Pre-Requisites :Are you game?
