Operations SupportEnsure compliance with local tax and government regulations by collaborating with internal experts, including compliance, tax, legal, and accounting teams, to ensure products and services adhere to all relevant requirements.Manage document preparation, including but not limited to:Financial institution application documentationCoordination and communication with outsourced accounting and legal firmsSubmission of government-related compliance documentsFollow-up on bank account documentation and courier arrangements2. Payment System CoordinationMerchant and Payment Channel Integration Coordination:Gather and define requirementsMerchant onboarding and listingInternal and external system testing for technical teams, ensuring smooth deployment and launch preparationIssue management and trackingDevelop a deep understanding of the company’s payment products , processes, and integration methods.Conduct training and provide explanations to partners post-contract signing, covering product functionality, system operation, and financial reconciliation procedures.Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and payment channels in their day-to-day system and financial operations.Communicate and coordinate internally to reflect customer feedback and resolve any issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of raised concerns and project deliverables.3. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, or Information TechnologyMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in fintech, banking, or the payments industryStrong understanding of the payment industry; experience working closely with engineering teams is a plusExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyCapable of independently discussing issues and requirements with IT teams, serving as a liaison between the company and merchants/payment channelsAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing prioritiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of empathy; experience working across multiple countries is a plusAnalytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsLanguage Requirements: English, MandarinPre-Requisites :Are you game?
