About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsYou should have B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent qualification or an equivalent combination of education and experience.3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, or background in a Librarian roleEffectively applies Project Management methodology, PS procedures, processes, etc.End to end project delivery of software projects and servicesCross-functional teams’ coordination to ensure the project are completed on time, within scope and budget, and meeting the quality standardsExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsDemonstrated ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently and meet deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to deliver trainingAbility to learn new information quickly and keep up with rapidly changing products and processesIt would be great if you are . . .Background in library workflows/standards strongly preferredBackground as a librarian with a keen interest in software and project managementProject manager with experience in SAAS implementation in higher education industryExperience with Ex Libris/Innovative products would be advantageExperience in Public and Academic software industryExperience working with government institutions in SingaporePMP / PRINCE2 certifiedWhat will you be doing in this role?Implementing software products and services across APACParticipate and contributes to process improvement, global initiative, and work standardization across APACAct as overall primary point of contact for the customer project teamCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing requirementsManages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scopeManages project risk through mitigation planningFacilitates team and customer meetingsHolds regular status meetings with project teamKeeps executive team and stakeholders informed of project progressEffectively applies Project Management methodology, PS procedures, processes, etc.Perform software product configuration, based on customer’s requirementsAnalyze and troubleshoot customer issues and requests, provide first line support to customers during implementation cycleInterpret and understand customer requirements and workflows and translate into software solutionsProvide product training to customers, via Web-based or on-site trainingReview and contribute to training materials, implementation tools and documents used internally and by customersCoordinate extensively with other teams including Cloud Services, Installation, Support, Sales, and Product ManagementServes as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specificationsAt Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
