Clarivate is currently seeking a Senior Manager, International Benefits to join our growing, Global Benefits team! Leading a team of strategic Benefits Analysts around the world, you will be responsible for the operation and design of benefit programs, and consulting with internal stakeholders.  The team currently manage the benefits strategy for 30+ countries across the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regionThis position in London, UK is an amazing opportunity to inspire and lead our dynamic International Benefits team. This position will report to the Sr. Director of M&A, Global Benefits & Payroll.About You:  Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree5+ years’ experience with international benefits in the EMEA and APAC markets5+ years’ experience of leading a global teamProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and leadership skillsProject Management experienceIt would be great if you also had the following.Prior or current experience working for a Technology-related company Experience working for a global organization across multiple time zonesExperience using WorkdayWhat will you be doing in this role? Overseeing the team of benefits design & strategyInvolved in the benefits renewals process as well as negotiation with vendorsAnalysis of benefits plans and benchmarking reviewsDefining the benefits strategies and philosophies across all locations within the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regionCollaborate closely with stakeholders both within HR as well as regional/country leadersIntegrate and streamline benefits in locations with multiple entities following acquisitionsLead and define the strategy and goals for the teamManage end to end projectsAbout the Team   This role will report directly into the Sr. Director of M&A, Global Benefits & Payroll, and will lead a team of Benefits Analysts based across the EMEA and APAC region Hours of Work  Full time, hybrid 2-3days’ per week in the London office.
