If you’re passionate about driving business growth, connecting the dots between product and market, and making things happen, this could be the role for youAbout You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  5+ years of experience in a B2B company in product management or a similar role.3+ years of experience in planning go-to-market strategies and enabling sales teams with the right tools, messages, and training.Familiar with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) approachesStrong presentation and communication skills (native English speaker preferred)A natural motivator and problem solver who takes initiativeComfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentWilling to travel as neededIt would be great if you also had . . .  Inbound Product experience working with development teams on end-to-end deliverables of product features.What will you be doing in this role? Lead outbound product efforts, including business development, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planningCollaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to support effective sales enablementOwn projects end-to-end, from idea to executionSpot opportunities, bring solutions, and move fast when it mattersSupport both Product-Led Growth and Sales-Led Growth initiatives, adapting product strategy to different go-to-market motionsBe part of a team of experienced Product Managers, sharing ideas and pushing each other forwardAbout the TeamThe product management team consists of 12 team members reporting to the Senior  Director of Product Management.Hours of Work / More important information for you:Our base is in Jerusalem, working in a hybrid modelThis is a full-time position.Why Ex Libris?At Ex Libris, we value our employees and are striving to create the perfect balance between work and home life.
