Lead Business Analyst

We are looking at hiring a Lead Business Analyst to join our Life Science and Healthcare Team in Bangalore. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our organization's time tracking and efficiency tracking systems. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.About You Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, particularly in time tracking and efficiency tracking, reporting, using Excel,  Power BI and Data Visualization tools  etcStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Project management experience is a plus.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analysis.Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsProject management skills and superior Microsoft Office skillsStrong understanding of sales strategies and market trendsStrong initiative, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownership when driving assigned projects to completionIt would be great if you also had . . .  Prior experience in Consulting, strategy or FP&ASalesforce exposure is good to haveWillingness to learn SQL, proficiency a plus.
