We are seeking an Order Management & Billing Advisor to join our global Finance team. A successful candidate should have a background in order management, billing, or related processes, as well as experience working with relevant software systems. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process and ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition. The Order Management & Billing Advisor will work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to provide exceptional service to our clients.About YouUniversity level degree or equivalent required, experience in finance or accounting would be preferred.2-3 years direct experience preferred with billing/invoicing or subscription management with a good knowledge of CRM sales systems and/or Order to Cash/Billing systemGood overall business knowledgeGood knowledge of Order Management processes and business systems including Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Zuora & NetSuite preferable.It would be good if you also hadProficiency in Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite and MS Excel is highly recommended.What will you be doing in this role?...Manage the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment, and billingCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order processingHandle customer inquiries related to order status, billing, and paymentsPerform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of sales orders, invoices, and paymentsWork closely with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied to customer ordersMaintain and update customer data in Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, and NetSuiteSupport the billing process, including generating invoices, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate revenue recognitionCollaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in order management processes and proceduresContinuously improve order management and billing processes, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancementsGenerate reports and analyze data to provide insights into order management and billing performanceAbout the TeamOur Order Management Department is a diverse and dynamic team with members based across the globe.
