Senior User Experience Designer

Clarivate is seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to join our growing, global User Experience team! As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will work closely with users and internal stakeholders to design expectational user experiences across a suite of tools that support scholarly research, funding and publishing. You will also work to accomplish product and business objectives, and with the software development staff to convey requirements, understand and work within technical constraints, and optimize the efficiency and quality of design implementations.With continually evolving business needs, this position requires an individual who is independent and can successfully work in a dynamic environment. Success in this role demands excellent adaptability and communication skills to navigate deadline-driven projects and our iterative development approach.  You will also need the confidence to constructively question and contribute to stakeholder discussions.
