Business Analyst

We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Compumark product team. The Business Analyst delivers data-driven insights to support business goals and objectives. Responsible for performing ad-hoc analyses, conducting audits, automating data processes, improving supported products and platforms.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments3+ years working as a business analyst, product manager, or project manager for a technology company.Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business, or Technology preferred) or equivalent work experience.Working knowledge of querying databases (DBs) with SQL.Forecasting and modeling costs, income, etc.Experience using JIRA, ConfluenceExpert knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables.Product Management knowledgeAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.Ability to think and articulate clearly, concisely, and accurately.Self-starter personality; comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environmentsConfident to work on projects alone as well as leading a teamAn enthusiastic approach to extending knowledge and learning new skillsStrong commitment to quality of work and good attention to detailIt would be great if you also have . . .Familiarity of Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI toolsFamiliarity of Python, Tableau Data Prep, etc. for data normalization & manipulationFamiliarity of API methods, standards, usesFamiliarity with APIs, software integrationFamiliarity of PendoWhat will you be doing in this role?Works with Product team stakeholders on new and improved product features, understands client requirements, specifying and analyzing to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition.
