We are looking for a Belgrade-based Renewal Account Manager to join our global Renewal Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about renewal processes within Academia & Government. This is a 6-month contract.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor’s degree or equivalent working experienceProficient level of English language; Other European language a plus5+ years of working experienceSales operations backgroundIt would be great if you also have . . .At least 1 year of experience working with SalesforceExperience in managing Subscription renewals is a plusPrevious experience in academic contextPrevious experience working with public librariesWhat will you be doing in this role?First intention, supporting the Renewal Sales Team across EMEA through different initiatives and looking after specific activities, which can turn into more direct engagement in the market based on development of experience. These activities will be, without being limited to,Management of salesforce activities, supporting invoicing and documents updates of both direct customers and distributors,Review of contracts in place, extracting key elements prior to review by Sales Team,Actively learns about Clarivate offerings and productsAs a second stage, there can be development of activities from the Renewal Account Manager responsibilities, as follows,Nurtures account retention and portfolios by proactively engaging with clients to gain insight, communicate new and improved product functionality, identify opportunities, and foster add-ons and upselling.Clearly and compellingly articulates the Clarivate value proposition through update sessions, phone calls, webinars, and other client communication venues.Maintains client base and corresponding retention volume by undertaking analysis, research, negotiation, and other activities that increase and solidify customer loyalty to Clarivate products.Based on client interactions and monitoring key metrics and revenue reporting, provides early identification of and mitigates potential client issues.Identifies, manages, and resolves issues via collaboration with internal teams such as Product Management, Customer Experience and Service, and Implementation.Acts as an advocate for both the client and Clarivate to ensure expedient and appropriate resolutions.Executes annual account review reports/​sessions including contract status, product visioning, account penetration, and issue review.     Identifies and pursues new business opportunities with existing clients in conjunction with Product Specialist and/or Account Manager’s efforts.Collaborates with Account Managers and Product Specialists to support overall sales strategy and account support.Enters leads and client activity into SalesForce.com.Provides weekly reporting to Account Managers, Product Specialists and Sales Managers and escalates any issues that would impact renewal or new business.About the TeamThe team is responsible for account renewal within A&G space in Clarivate.Benefits Holidays: 25 days paid leave per annum Private Health Insurance Paid Lunch Monthly Bonus Yearly Merit Plan My Learning Platform Fit Pass Life InsuranceAccident InsuranceCompany bicycles for rent free of chargeHours of Work  This is a fixed term position (6-month).
