Bachelors/University level degree in related business or operations field required or MBA or equivalent master's degree preferred. Sales commission experience would be preferred. Logical Thinker, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; Ability to think strategically and creatively. Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel. Salesforce.com, PowerPoint, and VBA would be advantageous. Responsible for managing and analysing sales compensation data to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations. Involves collaborating with sales and finance teams to optimize commission structures and reporting processes. Exceptional verbal communication, influencing and presentation skills; excellent negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in matrix environment What will you be doing in this role? Accurately performs and processes commission calculations based on sales data, adhering to compensation and sales incentive plan guidelines. Analyze and audit commission data to identify trends and discrepancies. Generate detailed reports and dashboards for sales management and other stakeholders on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Proactively identify and resolve commission discrepancies and provide support in resolving commission disputes. Maintain and update commission structures and policies, with a focus on enhancing processes and improving systems and tools. Ensure compliance with compensation policies and procedures. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support sales commissions strategy and decision-making. Respond to inquiries from sales teams regarding commissions and any discrepancies.
