We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, HR Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and systemizing HR processes, ensuring compliance, managing operational support, leading cross-functional projects, building and developing the HR Operations team (currently 4 direct reports).What you'll do:Leadership and Team DevelopmentBuild a global HR support strategy focusing on people, technology, and processes to elevate the day to day experience of our partners; Titans and HR Business PartnersManage the HR Operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environmentDevelop ways of working and team structures that support the organization’s goalsContinuously assess team capacity and deliverables to ensure alignment with business needsOptimization and SystemizationDevelop and execute best practice global people proceduresFind innovative ways to ensure the operationalization of people operations processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organizationCompliance and ReportingEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsConduct regular HR audits to identify areas of improvementManage compliance support and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely documentationOperational Support and Incident ResponseHandle operational support escalations efficientlyManage incident responses, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruptionProject ManagementContribute to and manage cross-functional HR projectsWhat you'll bring:5-10 years of experience in HR/People Operations and leading a team or a related field with people management experienceExperience and exposure in solving people problems and partnering with people teams as well as key stakeholders such as Finance, IT, LegalExperience procuring, enhancing, optimizing and integrating HR Systems, ideally Workday HCMExperience working with EOR / PEO organizations is an asset Track record of developing and managing internal people programs, policies, processes and teams for scale in a high growth companyHigh level of care for user experience, excellent interpersonal skills and a deep ability to understand what motivates othersExcellent organization skills, extremely high level of attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actionsChallenges the status quo and discovers and implements better and new ways of working Experience in M&A, integrations, and optimizations is an asset Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $151,100 USD - $202,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
