Job SummaryThe HR Services Analyst (Intermediate Professional level) uses developed professional expertise while resolving a variety of issues within a moderate scope. Responsible for the execution of all HR services and processing queries up to Tier 2. Responsible for assisting with Tier 3 queries and special projects. ResponsibilitiesLife Cycle and System UpdatesExecutes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes and additional Tier 2 processes, such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, standard reporting and LOA'sLeverages intermediate business process knowledge to guide employees through lifecycle changes, customizing the solution to fit individual needsUtilizes expertise to resolve a variety of moderately complex issues, and often acts as a resource to others.
