This position will collaborate with various HR teams to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and that quality standards are met across HR processes The Specialist will leverage data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesTeam Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with HR teams and business units to align training, quality, and metrics initiatives with organizational objectivesServe as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding training needs, quality assurance, and metrics analysisTraining Program Development & DeliveryAssist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs for HR Services team members, employees, and managersIdentify training needs through assessments and feedback, ensuring training materials are current, relevant, and effectiveUpdate training content based on process changes, new technologies, and participant feedbackQuality Assurance & Process AuditingConduct regular quality checks and audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with established standardsAnalyze audit findings and collaborate with teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement quality standards and proceduresMetrics & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain HR and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of HR servicesAnalyze data to provide insights on service delivery, process efficiency, and team performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvementPresent findings and reports to HR leadership on key performance indicators and trendsContinuous Improvement InitiativesSupport continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services by facilitating process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessionsMonitor the impact of implemented improvements and adjust strategies as necessary to enhance service quality and efficiencyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of experience in HR services, training development, quality assurance, or data analysisStrong understanding of HR processes and training methodologiesProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to create dashboards and metricsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in instructional design and development of training materialsFamiliarity with quality assurance practices and auditing processesCertification in HR or training and development is a plusEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
