You will oversee the daily operations of Equinix offices, ensuring they meet CRE's Four Keys standards: safety, courtesy, efficiency, and community, in line with the Operational Excellence (OE) Playbook. Your role is to anticipate customer needs, keep them at the center of our focus, and create a vibrant community within the workplace through exciting and creative on-site events.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of Equinix offices, ensuring they meet CRE's Four Keys standardsCreate a vibrant workplace community through exciting and creative on-site eventsEnsure smooth delivery of all CRE services to customers and visitorsSupport the broader Corporate Real Estate team's objectives with program support and executionCover the Welcome Desk during business hours, providing a welcoming experience for customers and guestsSupport new hires in settling in and connecting them with the community through events and employee groupsPlan and deliver CRE events that create a fun and engaging vibe and a sense of communityActively promote office events and celebrate the office communityEnsure overall security and safety of the site(s) you managePromptly address customer tickets and answer customer and guest questionsCommunicate site-related issues, events, or changes to employeesAct as the primary point of contact, providing support, knowledge, care, and funManage mail, deliveries, and couriersOversee the Purchase Order process and support office moves, openings, closures, and change projectsMaintain vendor, contractor, and Landlord relationshipsCollaborate with site leaders, executive assistants, employee groups, and others for on-site events and projectsAdvocate for CRE and its services, ensuring the business understands our valueQualificationsCollege/University graduate with a four-year degree or equivalent customer/hospitality work experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field or hospitality preferredStrong verbal and written English language and communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal and multitasking skillsProven experience in project management and business operationsEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
