Job SummaryAs part of the Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS) organization, a Strategic Sourcer builds and executes all candidate generation strategies and partners with Recruiters and hiring managers through the process. The key focus for you as a Strategic Sourcer is too deeply understand the business, roles and market by executing sourcing strategies that focus on passive candidates, with an emphasis on pace and quality. You will have the opportunity to partner with the onsite ITS Team to provide input and execute sourcing strategy to attract the best talents the industry has to offer.
