Equinix is looking for a Principal Architect to join our team, focusing on People and Legal Technology domains. In this role, you will provide technical expertise on the NOW platform as it relates to the HR & Legal Service Delivery implementations of ServiceNow, as well as oversight to the Creator Workflow and App Engine Low-code/no-code development operations within these domains. You will work across multiple scrum teams to provide technical leadership to the development team, as well as partner with the NOW platform team to establish technical direction for system design, implementation, integration, modernization, and continuous improvements on the platform. You will work directly with product managers within the business to work through real customer problems and help to identify solutions that delight employees and provide value to Equinix.ResponsibilitiesSolutionsDesign and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions for HR and Legal Service Delivery efficiently and with excellent qualityProvide guidance on new features and offer solutions to complex business problems using platform features in partnership with other solutions, custom apps, or integrationsWork directly with business stakeholders at any level to understand their needs, ask questions, and offer creative solutions to create great customer experiences.
