The role is responsible for driving answers to questions on all stages of product life-cycle for our Intranet and employee facing tools, from ideation to launch and end-of-life, including feature enhancements, updates, and optimizing for performance and scalability, and own status reports and dashboards tracking product project progress.The ideal candidate for this position will be product analytics professional, or similar, with strong demonstrable knowledge of the role that digital employee experience plays in driving workforce and business performance.Reporting to the Director of Workforce Insights, this role will partner closely with our Experience Delivery Team, to proactively deliver and manage business-ready insights that inform our employee-facing product strategy.
