Job SummaryThe Billing Analyst manages and resolves all aspects of billing and billing query resolution and works with marginal supervision. Responsibilities Billing, Controls and ReportingHelps ensure accurate and timely billing including price increases (scheduled and ad-hoc) across the AMER, APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions Analyse billing and revenue data and support the production of monthly reporting across the Operational Assurance organisationBe an SME for queries and disputes supporting internal and external stakeholders including customersSupport the creation and development of and then run pre and post bill run billing controls alongside the Revenue Assurance Team within GBCCProcess ImprovementIdentify process gaps and recommend achievable and measurable improvements to controls, processes and automationWork with stakeholders throughout the organisation to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutionsIdentify and own root cause analysis capture & reporting, collate issues & present monthly to the Operational Assurance team, as well as create a consumable form for senior management consumption Live & breath the continuous improvement mindsetSystem KnowledgeKnowledge of Oracle (preferably Cloud environment) Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word proficient at intermediate levelSFDC / SingleView experience preferableQualificationsWorked with global or multi-national companiesExcellent communication skills including research, writing, and presentation skillsExperience dealing with escalations from internal and external customersExperience with managing and manipulating large data sets; data cleansing and performing related quality controls Skills and AttributesAble to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong belief in and a sense for fostering organizational Diversity, Inclusion and BelongingMust have a ‘can do’ attitude, foster a mindset of accurate and timely billing and has a great attention to detailCan work as both an individual and as part of a teamModels the Equinix Culture and Values Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
