The ideal candidate will engage with key stakeholders from Business, Technical and Functional IT teams, leveraging their functional and technical knowledge in Revenue Management to gather requirements, analyze, and design solutions that support our Revenue applications.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate experience in implementing and supporting Zuora RevPro and Oracle RMCSUtilize in-depth knowledge of revenue recognition standards to configure system rules, processes, and reports that accurately represent the organization's revenuePossess a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud modules, including Order Management, Oracle Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Projects, to facilitate seamless end-to-end revenue management processesResponsible for designing and documenting solutions within own track and interacts with other track BSAsFoster strong business relationships and effectively manage stakeholder expectationsIs an expert in the supported functional track and able to vet data models, technical designs and drive best practicesDefines test strategy and execution approach to test specific functionalityDesign release scope and schedules aligned with business needsCoordinate integration testing, validate test cases with stakeholders for user acceptance testing and training, and secure necessary approvalsBrings in best practices by keeping up-to-date with technology and vendor productsManage defect clarification, triage, and coordinate resolution with engineering teamsHave a good understanding of the Agile framework, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Quality Assurance (QA) processesDevelop test scripts and execute comprehensive test plans and proceduresSupport and mentor junior team members while ensuring quality in triage and troubleshooting practicesLead troubleshooting efforts on critical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams until resolutionIdentify and implement improvements to address recurring issuesMinimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essentialQualifications5+ years experience in analyticsBachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related fieldEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
