Job SummaryThe HR System Analyst will play an integral role in the successful implementation of the HR Technology roadmap. They will bridge process and technology solutions to enhance the overall delivery of HR programs and services that supports Equinix’s global manager and employee populations. The HR Systems Analyst is developing their HR systems expertise and resolves a variety of issues within a moderate scope.ResponsibilitiesSystem DevelopmentGathers functional requirements and partners with team members to translate business needs into technical/functional requirements for business process and system configurationSupports development of prototypes to showcase solutions or provide proof of conceptSystem Flow DocumentationDevelops and maintains system global process flows and documentation, managing visios and updates to the system within a moderate scopeCompletes and maintains security set up and role assignments for usersProject PlansEdits and updates project plans, test scripts and other related documentation as neededSystem ConfigurationCompletes moderate system configuration in alignment with prioritized list of changes in the HR Systems RoadmapParticipates in diagnosis and resolution of defects and complex issues related to system specialismIssue ResolutionResponds to standard HR technology questions and partners with IT/vendors on issues resolutionSystems AdministrationAssists with functional systems administrator duties to maintain day to day operations of HR related systemsBuilds and generates HR reports & metricsSupports in bulk upload and mass changes ensuring data integrityMonitors process and system health; contributes to audits of processes and system accessSystem TestingSupports team members with functional testing tasksAssists with Unit & SITContributes to training plans and materials for HR, Manager and Employees regarding employee systemsQualifications3+ year's experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
