Ensuring Ops personnel understand the need for change, are engaged in and ready for the transformation and championing change impacts.Responsible for multiple resources to deliver large scale global cross functional business transformation programs. Builds strategic relationships with stakeholders and end user communities. Responsible for and leads the delivery of large transformational programs and portfolios.ResponsibilitiesPlanningDevelops strategic business cases, plans large scale/complex global cross functional business transformation programs that contain multiple high profile/business critical dependencies and risksStakeholder ManagementWorks predominantly with Operations senior leadership teams to manage stakeholder expectations and risk and builds strategic relationships for the deployment and adoption of Operations Excellence initiatives and programsCommunicationsDevelops, leads and delivers an impactful communication strategies / campaigns to plan on behalf of the Global Operations Excellence function.
