Onsite Venue Operations

Job Summary:The Role: Work directly with venue leadership to ensure the safe and timely set up and tear down of the venue as it relates to each concert.Job Functions:Work before, during, and after events to ensure the venue is always "Show Ready" for the guests and artists coming to SPACAssist with venue set up and tear down of venue for events which includes, but does not limit: moving bike rack for access points, hangning signage, setting up fencing, laying down lawn coverings, placing metal detectors, picking up/returning lawn chairs, and other duties as assignedWork with Venue operations leadership as well as other departments to maintain, organize, and pick up lawn chairs after the show has concluded.Observe and analyze site and surroundings to proactively address any arising issuesNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsPerform minor repairs when necessaryQualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderSchedule is event based. Open availability including weekdays, nights, and weekends preferredMust be able to work 12-16 hour shifts when scheduledAbility to multitask in fast paced, high demand work environment regardless of weather and other outdoor elementsDriver’s license encouraged. Fork lift and machinery operating experience appreciatedAcute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacyPosition requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+----------The expected compensation for this position is:$15.50 USD - $18.00 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
