In this position, they will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers to understand their business processes and requirements, focusing on the implementation of Supply Chain Planning applications to Fortune 500 companies, including Automotive OEMs.Solutions you will work with:Production Planning and Scheduling, Order Slotting and Sequencing (OSS), Transportation Capacity Planning, Vehicle Routing and SchedulingWhat you’ll doCustomer Engagement: Collaborate directly or indirectly with customers to gather and analyze their business needs, translating them into tailored Blue Yonder solutionsUser Story Development: Work closely with customers to develop User Stories that encapsulate functional business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practicesSolution Design: Partner with project teams to identify optimal technical solutions that meet customer business requirements, enhancing their supply chain operationsPre-Sales Support: Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including delivering compelling customer presentations, demonstrations, and sharing best practices to showcase the value of Blue Yonder solutionsProject Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional design and training materials, to support seamless implementation and user adoptionPost-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support for customer solutions and applications post-rollout, ensuring sustained value and customer satisfactionStakeholder Communication: Engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to derive and clarify requirements, ensuring clear and consistent communicationWhat we are looking forIndustry Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in Demand/Production Planning or Supply Chain Planning, with 3+ years in the Automotive Supply Chain or Discrete Manufacturing industryTechnical and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and technical solutions related to Supply Chain Planning, especially within Discrete Manfucaturing, Automotive or AutoT1 sectorsProblem Solving & Communication: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholdersStrategic Thinking: Ability to define and articulate strategies, functional requirements, and use casesAgile Methodologies: Experience with Agile project management methodologiesProfessional Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, reliable, and open to new challengesEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or a related field*LI-AD1#LI-remote-------------------------------------------The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
