Promotes the same outlook in the TeamAbility to facilitate workshops and create design documents for integrations with Blue Yonder Platform and APIs, as well as SSO workshops for SAML, OIDC, and oAuth2Ability to develop Performance Test scripts and Performance analysisAbility to configure Job Server during deployment life cycleVolunteers for new challenges and eager to learn and challenge himself for new tasks as well build a network outside the immediate Team and encourage an atmosphere where team can thriveWhat you’ll doServes as a technical owner and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsorsEnsure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project teamCommunicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancementsInteracts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the teamWork with Support Services team to make Customer Stable post go-live and venture towards value realizationConducts technical analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needsProvide variety of support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing , Performance testing & programming   Works as a senior member of a Cloud team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom from offshoreWhat we are looking forIndustry Experience:10 Years of corporate experience – operations, configurations, cloud integrations .
