Payroll Analyst

OverviewBlue Yonder is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our finance team. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 2,000 US employees. This role will work closely with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.ScopeProcess US payroll for ~2,000 US associates while ensuring accurate and timely paymentsWork with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll input has been receivedEnsure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulationsWhat You’ll Do:Process semimonthly payroll for US employeesMaintain records for employee compensation, tax withholding, and deductionsTroubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepanciesReconcile payroll each pay periodPrepare reporting using ADP Vantage, Workday HR, and other toolsInput pay and employee data, including but not limited to: new hires, terminations, salary actions, one-time payments, overtimeProvide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll questions and issuesCollaborate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to resolve payroll-related issuesProcess garnishments in accordance with federal and state lawsDocument payroll and interdepartmental processesAssist accounting in timely and accurate posting of payroll to the GLValidate health savings, flexible spending, and 401k withholdingsCoordinate with Blue Yonder treasury department to ensure funding for payroll and tax liability for ADP payrollsCalculate and record payroll adjustmentsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred4+ years of experience in payroll processing and administrationKnowledge of state and federal payroll laws and regulationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with payroll systems and software; ADP Vantage payroll preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applicationsCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus-------------------------------------------The base salary range for this position is $62,000.00-$78,000.00*LI-HH1*LI-HB1#LI-RemoteThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
