Our advertising tools offer eBay sellers the ability to reach buyers at different points of their shopping journey with a variety of advertising solutions. You will have an opportunity to increase a seller's ability to increase their sales and engage with buyers through a variety of experience both on and off eBay.As a Staff Designer on the Ads Design team, you will have an exciting opportunity to lead collaborative cross-functional, cross-domain projects that bring end-to-end buyer and seller marketplace experiences to life for our customers.What you will accomplish:Represent the customer’s needs, expectations and mindset to help inform the best experience that’s right for them and for eBayDesign end to end experiences and interactions or other complex experiences which have AI as a core capabilityWork with design and product leadership to ensure a cohesive and focused product visionTake a hands-on approach in creating prototypes, diagrams, and production ready design work to support this effortDevelop effective design approaches for surfacing user needs, exploring potential solutions, delivering practical design deliverables, and synthesizing design work into systems of reusable componentsSynthesize industry trends, internal and third-party research, team insights, business priorities, and partner feedback into actionable UX strategy and design execution What you will bring:10+ years of professional experience in product design with experience as an IC design leader in working across large cross-domain and cross-functional projects that define an end-to-end customer experienceOutstanding portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of design and product strategy across web-based applications, consumer experiences, and mobile productsExperience driving product design for end-to-end programs and strong understanding of user-centered design processes in agile, cross-functional teamsExperience using design thinking methods to drive consensus and collaboration across a large organizationProactive collaborator and communicator with a track record of anchoring teams and building strong, cross-functional partnershipsExperience with large organizational design systems, contribution methods and opportunities for growthPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
