This team has optimally launched watches, handbags, sneakers, trading cards, and apparel authentication in the US, CA, AU, UK, DE and JP in under four years. We are a group of outstanding and diverse teammates who together make a complete business unit and are seeking a Warehouse Training Lead for our global operations!The Warehouse Training Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing operational training initiatives that support eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee program. Reporting to the Global Authentication Operations Training Manager, this role ensures warehouse employees are thoroughly equipped to perform their duties with precision, efficiency, and in alignment with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Acting as a strategic partner to operations, safety, continuous improvement, and employee engagement teams, the Training Lead fosters a culture of continuous learning, drives operational excellence, and promotes the ongoing development of talent across all eBay Authenticity Guarantee facilities.What you will accomplish: Training Development & DeliveryManage operational training for new hires and existing employees, including onboarding, safety protocols, and process training. Create and maintain training materials (job aids, visual guides, manuals, e-learning modules, etc.).Operational SupportCollaborate with AG operations leadership to identify operational training needs based on performance data, process changes, and productivity goals.Support new equipment rollouts or process changes with appropriate training initiatives.Tracking & ReportingMaintain accurate training records and certifications within the LMS or tracking system.Report on training completion rates, skills assessments, and performance trends.Team Leadership & CoachingCommunicate professionally with employees, leadership and business partners.Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are followed and champion eBay DNA principles.Additional ResponsibilitiesRequires up to 20% travel annually (domestic and international). What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher from an accredited university. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.4+ years experience in operational training, operational leadership, or team leadership.5+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred to support continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work independently and influence others.Champion for diversity, equity and belonging.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Workday Learning Management Systems (LMS). #LI-GJPThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:$70,000 - $120,700Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
