Working closely with a team of cross-functional partners, you’ll navigate an evolving compliance landscape to build safe, AI-powered experiences from the ground up.While previous regulatory experience is not required, you’ll be encouraged to provide thought leadership, excellence in the craft and experience driving strategy within a highly complex and inter-connected product space.As a full-stack staff content designer, you know writing is designing. You see language as a design material and as an integral part of the UX design process, and you get others to think the same. You not only understand how to evaluate the quality of content design, but also chip in to the evolution of frameworks, guidelines, or standard processes. You enjoy working with cross-discipline partners to co-create strategies, iterate through all stages of fidelity, and define outcomes in ambiguous spaces. What you will accomplish:Drives key features, products or initiatives based on company prioritiesBuild scalable solutions that set subject area standardsContribute to the evolution of frameworks, guidelines, and standard processesDrive a cohesive product narrative and end-to-end consistency in partnership with marketing and customer support teams.Ensure content is accessible and inclusive, and collaborate with the Localization team to scale content for global markets.What you will bring:8+ years professional experience in content-focused roles with 6+ of those years on in-product UX contentBachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, journalism, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or related field portfolio of work demonstrating human-centered design thinking and solutionsExperience leading the design process from early concept to launchExperience developing a product content strategy for web and mobile, including designing for accessibility and inclusivity#LI-HybridThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:$101,200 - $174,100Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
