Our responsibilities include all aspects of eBay’s business in the North American region.Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Catalog Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality product photographs for the E-tag experience and online catalog. Additionally, the Catalog Associate will ensure accurate data entry of product information using Ginza and collaborate with authentication teams to streamline product processing.Key Responsibilities:1. Photography and Editing:○ Capture and edit high-quality photographs of all incoming products for the E-tagexperience and online catalog.○ Perform photo editing, including the creation of the “Hero shot” for each product.2. Data Entry:○ Accurately enter photograph data into our in house system, ensuring products are correctly cataloged.○ Update SKU information and maintain accurate records within the catalogsystem.3. Product Management:○ Act as the primary point of contact for retrieving products requiring catalog data entry.○ Walk to authentication stations to collect products that need to go through the cataloging process.○ Ensure timely return of cataloged products to the authentication team for further processing.4. Collaboration and Communication:○ Work closely with authentication teams to manage product flow and resolveSKU-related issues.○ Collaborate with global teams using the catalog sheet to prioritize products for cataloging.○ Enter requested products into the catalog system before the facility's operations peak.Qualifications:● Previous experience in photography, photo editing, or visual content creation.● Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom).● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.● Effective communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications:● Experience with product photography and digital asset management.● Familiarity with SKU management systems and inventory tracking tools.● Background in e-commerce, catalog management, or authentication environments.Physical Requirements:● Ability to walk across the facility for product retrieval and management.● Comfortable handling and photographing various product types, including footwear.Join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless cataloging of products that drive ourbusiness forward. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
