Job DescriptionIn the role as Channel Self Service Program Manager you will manage the Proofpoint’s channel self-service program with distribution. Ultimately driving growth to meet and exceed quota. Works with distribution account(s) resources and cross functionally internally to enable Proofpoint partners and drive partner growth in both ARR and NARR. Continuously improve operational efficiency.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Ability to develop and implement sales initiatives to grow channel self-service revenueAbility to deliver effective internal (to Proofpoint sellers) and external (to partners) enablement on channel self-serviceWorks with the distributor business development team to enable partners and drive Proofpoint partner growth via channel self-serviceWorks to improve operational efficiency between Proofpoint and distribution to support channel self-service; responsible for ensuring improvements happen to processes and systems to enhance performance of channel self-serviceCoordinates resources from other Proofpoint business units to support the success of channel self-serviceAbility to forecast business and meet or exceed assigned sales targetsLead process improvement projectsPreferred QualificationsDeep experience with partner and distribution ecosystemExcellent communication & presentation skillsWorks well cross-functionally with channel teams, sales team, channel marketing, operations, finance, order operations, business applications, etc.Data driven, with experience using SFDC, Microsoft BI and MS ExcelStrong executive presenceIngram XvantageBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5+ yrs sales experience or channel/distribution experience#LI-JD1If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
