This full-time position requires mandatory office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. In this role, you will actively contribute to critical marketing operations, with a primary focus on localisation. You will engage in trialling and implementing new AI technologies, support global workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams in other global offices to enhance business efficiency.Your day-to-day:Trial, evaluate, and integrate innovative AI technologies to optimize marketing processes.Execute localisation workflows, campaign distribution, and manage digital assets.Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting.Manage documentation, scheduling, and coordination for various marketing initiatives.Collaborate effectively with marketing operations, channel programs, brand, content, and localisation teams.Use advanced marketing tools including Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Optimizely, and other AI-driven platforms.What you bring to the team:Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Operations, or related fields.Authorization to work in Ireland (must possess a valid working visa).Passionate about marketing, excited about new technologies, problem-solving, and positive collaboration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.Highly adaptable with the capability to manage shifting priorities across diverse marketing roles.Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and AI technologies.Additional language skills are a bonus.Why Proofpoint:Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning cybersecurity solutions, and the talented people who work here are crucial to our success.
