Learn more at wpengine.com. What Is Cool About This JobAs the manager, you will help ignite and scale our existing sales program by leading and up-leveling a team of Account Managers, owning the day-to-day sales operations of our Mid Market Brand Segment. In this sales management role, your insights and experience will be key to driving the performance of our Brand Team! Hybrid Role: In our Austin, TX office weekly on Tuesdays and ThursdaysThe Day To Day:Build an outstanding Team culture within the Brand sales team! Establish and Lead a culture of winning that overachieves sales and business objectives.Take operational leadership over a segment of the MM Brand Team.Lead and develop a team of 6+ MM Brand Account Managers, including weekly Team meetings, 1x1s, and ongoing training and development.Drive key performance indicators and deliver accurate forecasts.Work alongside the Team to generate/progress/close pipeline while maintaining a high standard of CRM hygiene.Evaluate current processes and find opportunities to improve. The cash compensation package above includes base pay plus on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. Sales incentive plans are uncapped with significant earning potential.
