Job Requisition ID #24WD81816Position OverviewReporting to the Vice President of Customer Success Design (CSD), the Senior Business Manager, Customer Success Design will lead the drive for strategic and operational excellence within the CSD team. This role is crucial in strategy development, fostering collaboration and communication, and accelerating the execution of projects. The ideal candidate excels in using human-centered practices, contributes to design-led strategy, and actively shares their knowledge to influence and shape the company.  ResponsibilitiesChampion a spirit of collaboration and open communications across CS DesignContinuously improve and iterate on operational processes and standardsChampion the story of the CSD team across AutodeskFacilitate and teach new human-centered processes, driving adoption across disciplinesBuild and lead highly effective teams to drive system-level experience architectureServe as a trusted advisor, acting as a sounding board and proxy when neededManage the organization's strategic roadmap and portfolio, tracking initiatives, and managing stakeholder updates and program communications Agenda development and facilitation for leadership meetings & workshops Plan and lead strategic projects and programs, including cross-company collaborationTrack and communicate organization OKRsLead the PMO for the Customer Sucess Design portfolio  Minimum Qualifications10 + years of demonstrated success leading large, complex projects and/or programs across teams or organizations Bachelor’s degree or higher. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $143,000 and $231,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
