This role is crucial in strategy development, fostering collaboration and communication, and accelerating the execution of projects. The ideal candidate excels in using human-centered practices, contributes to design-led strategy, and actively shares their knowledge to influence and shape the company. ResponsibilitiesChampion a spirit of collaboration and open communications across CS DesignContinuously improve and iterate on operational processes and standardsChampion the story of the CSD team across AutodeskFacilitate and teach new human-centered processes, driving adoption across disciplinesBuild and lead highly effective teams to drive system-level experience architectureServe as a trusted advisor, acting as a sounding board and proxy when neededManage the organization's strategic roadmap and portfolio, tracking initiatives, and managing stakeholder updates and program communications Agenda development and facilitation for leadership meetings & workshops Plan and lead strategic projects and programs, including cross-company collaborationTrack and communicate organization OKRsLead the PMO for the Customer Sucess Design portfolio Minimum Qualifications10 + years of demonstrated success leading large, complex projects and/or programs across teams or organizations Bachelor’s degree or higher. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $143,000 and $231,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
