The ChallengeAs a License Advisors, you will be passionate about resolving customer non-compliance and offer appropriate licenses according to their needs. License Advisors build relationships with customers to understand their licensing needs and provide tailored insights to ensure they are using Adobe products correctly, achieving mutual success for Adobe and the customer. The role will closely work with territory account sales, local partners to carry out legalization activities, license review, auditing etc. to achieve their assigned target.Primary ResponsibilitiesCompliance Monitoring: Monitor customer compliance with licensing agreements and provide guidance on maintaining compliance.Licensing Guidance: Advice customer on the best licensing options to improve value for their business while ensuring compliance.Risk Management: Detect non genuine products that may harm customers, providing solutions to ensure customers business well being.Renewal Management: Mitigate renewal attrition risk by handling customers renewal timelines and customers outreach to secure risky renewal.What you need to succeedMust possess strong account managementSharp communication skill. Excellent oral, written communication expertise requiredShown expertise of intellectual property knowledge, software licensing hands-on know-how.Experienced in collaborating with multiple functional teams including sales/solution consulting, partners, etc.Ability to work in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt style to the audienceCollege diploma/above or equivalent experience, English proficiency is a plus.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
