Overview: Blue Yonder is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive recruitment experience to attract top-tier talent, contributing to the growth and success of Blue Yonder. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in shaping the workforce that drives our innovative solutions and industry leadership. This is a remote role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Scope: Alongside the Regional TA leader, the Sr Recruiter is responsible for developing relationships with hiring managers and business leadership. What You’ll Do: End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, with a focus on mid-to-senior level roles within technology, product, and business functions. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging social media platforms. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with Blue Yonder's values and goals. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, provide guidance on market trends, and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies. Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for Blue Yonder, promoting our employer brand and values to attract diverse and exceptional candidates. Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles, staying ahead of business needs and market trends. Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and an excellent candidate experience. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership, driving data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Experience: Progressive experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on mid-to-senior level roles, preferably in the technology or software industry. The ideal candidate will be a utility player having worked across G&A and technical roles. Track Record: Demonstrated success in placing mid to senior-level professional / technical candidates within the region. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technology and supply chain sectors, understanding the skills and competencies required for success in these fields. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. *LI-KC1#LI-Hybrid-------------------------------------------The salary range for this role will be $90,000-120,000.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
