The position is created to support the regional marketing and Genesys sales teams with the planning and execution of marketing activities that will further drive sales as well as build the Genesys brand across enterprises, channel partners and ecosystem partners.Responsibilities include:Reporting into the regional marketing leader to assist in the execution of field + digital marketing activities for the region including:Lead-generation campaigns, Genesys events, trade shows, industry conferences and external speaking opportunities for enterprise markets.Support budget management and program reportingDevelopment and execution of end-user marketing activities.Work on social media projectsWork with cross functional Customer Advocacy and digital marketing on a project basis.dedicated projects for Q4 2024 :- Serie of webinars : end to end project management from content definition with speakers until quantitative and qualitative report- Xperience: Contribute to leverage the level of registration for customer and prospect, logisticsThis person will regularly interface with the following people:Regional Marketing Manager and EMEA marketing teamsRegional enterprise and channel sales management.Experience & Skills Required:At least 1-2 years experience ideally in an IT industryExperience in marketing communications mixLanguage skills: Fluent English (required),Good personal communication and presentation skills are essentialExperience working in CCAS or SaaS market would be desirable but not essential.Profile:The candidate will be educated to degree level with strong commercial and presentation skills. They will be a self-starter, highly motivated with a positive attitude and a good communicator.
